Implementation of the project

 
      Implementation of the project is scheduled from March 2013 to February 2014.
The selected target group will be children attending partner schools from the age of  7 to 13 . Students at this age are curious about the world and new adventures. They also possess the ability to integrate with foreigners. Information obtained through the whole project can be used by them in further learning. Planned activities (including: community event of  Biesiada Muszyńska, a conference with the participation of the local authorities summarizing the project and releasing of the album about it) will have a broader social context involving teachers, local authorities and residents of friendly cities and will lead to strengthened cross-border cooperation. The total number of participants will be 150 students performing different tasks, 40 teachers attending a language course, about 100 participants of Biesiada Muszyńska, 100  participants of festival on the occasion of Children's Day as well as 100 people taking part in the summarising the project conference .
Recruitment:
To participate in the project, students will be selected on the basis of surveys carried out by the partners. Each of the school will choose a group of 20 students to respective tasks (10 boys, including 3 from socially marginalized communities and 10 girls, including 3 from socially marginalized communities). Students will be selected according to established criteria. These criteria include average marks obtained in school year of  2011/2012, the grades obtained  in Polish language and a positive evaluation of their behavior. Students participating in the project will have to get permission from the parents or guardians to travel abroad and have an identity document allowing to cross the border. Teachers participating in the project will be instructed by the project manager of maintaining gender parity.

The participants of the event open to public will be especially parents of students who will be invited by their children. The participants of the conference will be students, representatives of parents, representatives of the local authorities, the press, the radio, and the TV- all specially invited.
